Meet Our INNOVATIVE GROUP BASED PROGRAMMES
The CLASSES
A workout designed to provide full body conditioning using a combination of weighted, body weight and cardiovascular exercises. This is our most frequently delivered class and includes various weight and technical options to tailor for beginners all the way up to advanced abilities.
A high intensity training program using a variety of exercises designed to work on muscular endurance, cardiovascular fitness and power. This one is sure to keep your heart rate high throughout.
A session which you go to, to burn calories, it’s a cardio based session which works on technical boxing skills, it runs for 9 rounds each lasting for 3 minutes. It’s a coach led session where members work alongside each other on their own aqua bags.
This class focuses on the key areas of legs, glutes and core. It’s a great session for those who want to target certain areas or for those who want a rest from upper body or cardio. It’s a session for all levels of fitness, for advanced trainers who like to lift weights and for beginners who can train just their bodyweight.
Designed to really develop your strength through heavy lifting. Groups are kept smaller for this session to allow the coach to give more specific training on technique to ensure you get the most out of your lifting.
A mind and body class which improves muscle flexibility, joint mobility, breathing efficiency, core and back strength. Focusing on your mind controlling your body and how it moves is an exercise within itself, improving proprioception, coordination and balance whilst using muscles to stabilise the pelvis, ribcage and shoulders. This class will help you perform other exercises more efficiently in the Barn, improve posture and general wellbeing.
