How your educated

We try and ensure not only your educated technically, breaking down the movements so you feel and see how they are produced but also education on how each weeks session is designed. Knowing how and why is so important to getting the results.

Training in a group

Possible one of the best training environments in a group of 6, with each person following an adapted version based on their own train ability.

We provide an 14 weeks logging system that not only allows you to be aware of the session, the progressions to each workout but also it shows provides weekly graphs to show show your individual improvements. We have also created a calories tracker for those people who want to monitor their food intake and calories expenditure

Payments can be made in bulk as shown below. The higher the package the higher the % discount applied. If the payment is payed over 3 split, the payment is FULL (£56×3, £112×3, 168×3)

Frequently asked questions

We like it that the day(s) you select are the training days you follow as we maximise each session with 6 people per programme. However if there is a day you like to swap we use our group chat to change this.

You can do another the same week or catch up within the 14 weeks 

We would ask for people to do 2 a week to follow the structured programme design. We find people get the most results with 2 a week

You get an opengym account added to your app which means you can come on your own and follow the other session designed or even any extra sessions you want designing. 

100% – each session can be adapted for each individual and their training age

You have to start at the beginning of a block and follow the 14 week phase as this allows you to see progression through the plan. Each week is structured to follow on week to week.
