Danny and his team have developed and delivered a varied series of challenging sessions designed for you to work in a small space, to meet all of your fitness needs. You can adapt the exercises to include weights or not and go technical or flat out hard.
The HomeFIT sessions have really given me a focus and a reason to be up and ready for the day ahead. Although some days you may not feel like getting involved, the other members’ posts on how and what they’re doing, give you that push and the encouragement that you may need for the day
Homefit, I love it, because of the way things are at the moment I can train when I want, how hard I want, pick which ever programme I want, it gives me total flexibility.
I especially like the live sessions, love the spontaneity but when I can't make it there are always alternatives.
I think the programmes are fantastic, the right length and challenging. I am definitely remaining motivated with the videos rather than just reading off a sheet, even if it is a record session, it still feels like you are watching!
Having the different classes each day and my favourite box corefit included in the fortnightly changing program is a winner, being able to save the live sessions gives such flexibility. I’m a morning exerciser and in the 45 mins I go from lacking motivation to setting me up for the day with a positive attitude.
The Home Fit setup Danny has created is so flexible it's amazing! By joining in with the live videos most days I get a really good workout which is also fun and interactive. I think I’m actually training more than ever at the moment and Home Fit has meant my sister in Australia can also join in, so I even get to train with her!
The homeFIT sessions are the closest thing to coming into the barn ourselves. Except less face to face interaction.
I’ve been really lame and lax however after doing my first homefit for more than a week I felt better than I had done for a long time (apart from the wanting to die thing).
Its normally very easy to cheat online workouts, not give full effort, or to ignore them completely. HomeFIT keeps you engaged – whether its the interaction during the classes, check ups after or the use of the bodybarn family page, there’s not only accountability but a lot of encouragement too. My fitness is still improving even in lockdown, which is a testament to the effectiveness of the HomeFIT classes
